BRand Strategy I Brand Identity I Website

ARCD, a small architecture practice based in Manchester, approached us initially for a new website but quickly realised they needed a complete brand refresh. The result? A fresh, cohesive brand presence that elevates their business and attracts the right clients.

  • ARCD, a boutique architecture practice in Didsbury, Manchester, came to us looking for a new website. They knew they needed a digital refresh but soon realised the challenge was bigger than that. Their brand had been created quickly as they launched, which is the case for most start-ups and now needed revisiting. They needed a brand overhaul that captured their professionalism, creativity and unique proposition.

  • We got stuck into understanding ARCD’s audience and goals, using client feedback and market insights to reshape their brand positioning. This meant modernising their visual identity and developing a narrative that truly reflected the quality and precision they bring to every project.

With a bold new identity in place, we designed and built a sleek, responsive website that showcases their portfolio and services. A photoshoot brought their projects to life and we developed a social media strategy to ensure consistent, polished communication across every platform.

  • ARCD now feels confident in how they present themselves. Their refreshed brand identity stands out, clearly aligning with the values that define their work. The new website is attracting the right type of clients and they are confident posting on socials. With a cohesive strategy in place, they’re set to grow their business and cement their reputation even further.

“Emma helped me understand the marketing landscape for my business and how to communicate this to my target audience. She enabled me to see things through the customer’s eyes and use language and imagery that perhaps wasn’t as natural for me. She also built my website and social media strategy that has made my business look and feel more approachable whilst maintaining a professional backbone of the business.”
