Intuitive Homes, a leader in smart home technology for luxury residences, recognised that their decade-old branding and website no longer reflected their premium services. They turned to The Stories We Tell to create a cohesive brand that would resonate with high-end clients and distinguish them in the competitive smart home market.

Intuitive Homes, a specialist in integrating cutting-edge smart technology into luxury residences, had enjoyed over a decade of success. However, with an out-of-date brand and website, their image no longer reflected the high-end services they provided. As a small business juggling multiple priorities, their marketing and branding often took a backseat. They sought a complete overhaul, one that included a new brand identity, updated sales collateral and a strategy to stand out in an increasingly competitive market.

We began with an in-depth brand audit, scrutinising every customer touchpoint to assess how Intuitive Homes was presenting itself to clients, partners and prospects. Through interviews, we identified the needs of their target audience and the gaps in their existing brand communication. Armed with these insights, we developed a brand narrative that simplified the complex benefits of their bespoke smart home systems, making them appealing to luxury homeowners, developers and designers.
Collaborating with designer Catherine Giaquinto, we developed a vibrant new visual identity, complete with a fresh logo, fonts and style guidelines for photography and videography. We mapped the customer journey to tailor the branding specifically for their high-end market. This new identity was then rolled out across all channels, from their website and sales materials to uniforms and social media. We also streamlined their systems for quotes and proposals and introduced videos to better explain the more technical aspects of their services.
