Lindsay Hall, a newly certified business coach, embarked on her journey to launch a coaching consultancy focused on helping individuals build intentional careers. Eager to convey her vision through a compelling brand identity, marketing strategy and website, she sought guidance as a first-time business owner facing the complexities of starting from scratch. The objective was clear: create a distinctive brand that effectively communicated her approach and helped her stand out in a noisy marketplace.

We began with in-depth research into Lindsay’s target audience, identifying their specific needs and pain points. Together, we crafted a brand strategy that aligned her expertise with client expectations, focusing on a specific niche to refine her messaging and provide the foundations for her brand identity and marketing communications.
The next step was naming her business, With intent, and securing the domain withintent.coach to reinforce her offer. Using the positioning from the brand strategy, we designed a visual identity including a logo, colour palette, fonts, and styling guidelines.
We then developed a user-friendly Squarespace website as a central hub for her marketing activities, alongside social media templates, workbooks, and document layouts to support her growth.
